• Posting Content: Access tokens and profile IDs are essential for publishing your scheduled content to your connected social media platforms, including Instagram and Threads, at the times you specify.
• Account Management: Your email address is used to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and send important service-related communications.

3. Instagram and Threads Integration

When you connect your Instagram or Threads accounts:

• We access your Instagram and Threads accounts through secure OAuth authentication provided by Meta (Facebook).
• We store access tokens that allow us to publish content to your Instagram and Threads accounts according to your scheduled posts.
• We collect basic profile information including your account name, profile picture, and account ID for both Instagram and Threads.
• We do not access or store your Instagram or Threads passwords. All authentication is handled through secure OAuth protocols.
• You can disconnect your Instagram or Threads accounts at any time through your account settings, which will revoke our access.

4. How Long We Store Your Data

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Account Information: We retain your email address and account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete this information within 30 days.
• Access Tokens: Access tokens for Instagram, Threads, and other platforms are stored until you disconnect the account or delete your account. Tokens may be automatically refreshed to maintain service functionality.
• Profile IDs: Profile IDs are retained while your accounts are connected and deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your user account.
• Scheduled Posts: Post content and scheduling information are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Historical posting data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for record-keeping purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

5. How You Can Delete Your Data

You have the following options to delete your data:

• Delete Individual Posts: You can delete individual scheduled posts at any time through the platform interface. Deleted posts are permanently removed from our system.
• Disconnect Social Media Accounts: You can disconnect your Instagram, Threads, or other social media accounts at any time through the "Connected Accounts" section. This will immediately revoke access tokens and remove associated profile information.
• Delete Your Account: You can request account deletion by contacting us at the email address provided below. Upon account deletion:
  • All your personal information will be deleted within 30 days
  • All access tokens will be revoked and deleted
  • All scheduled posts and content will be permanently removed
  • Your email address and profile information will be removed from our systems
• Data Deletion Request: To request deletion of your data, you can either:

  • Send an email to our support team at the contact email below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address

• Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely
• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
• We use secure authentication methods and never store your social media passwords
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including:

• Instagram: Operated by Meta. Your use of Instagram integration is also subject to Instagram's Privacy Policy.
