User Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our platform. This page explains how to request data deletion and what information will be removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information (email, name, profile data)
- All access tokens for connected social media accounts (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- All profile IDs and account information for connected platforms
- All scheduled posts and post content
- All posting history and analytics data
- All images and media files associated with your account
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion in two ways:
Option 1: Use the Form Below
Fill out the form below with your account email address and submit your deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Send an Email
Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Confirmation that you want to delete your data
- Any additional information that may help us locate your account

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If you have connected social media accounts, we will also revoke access tokens immediately upon processing your request.
